Dr. Wm. Jerome Perkins

Jerome is Christlife Ministries’ executive director with additional experience in Prison Ministry. Jerome received his Doctorate of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology. He is also a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Peer Coach. His favorite part about working at Christlife is he is able to empower people to be themselves. Jerome describes becoming Fatherhood Facilitator of the Year as his proudest moment at Christlife. If he could trade places with anyone in Christlife, he would choose Linda because then he could be the boss. If he was not working as executive director of Christlife, Jerome would be working as the mascot for the Detroit Lions. In an average conversation with Jerome, you may hear “Let me say this…”, “One minute, forty-five seconds”, and “Listen…”, as these are his most overused phrases. Jerome’s favorite movies are The Lion King, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Thomas Crown Affair. If he had to choose a favorite vacation he would choose his honeymoon to the Bahamas because that’s his Heaven on Earth. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, studying the Bible and grilling/cooking. One thing you should know about Jerome is he loves to sing.
Dr. Linda Perkins

Linda is Christlife Ministries’ administrator with additional experience in human resources, accounting, and counseling (mothering). Linda received her Doctorate of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology. She is also a Registered Psychotherapist and Acudetox Specialist. Her favorite part about working at Christlife is helping people get their lives on track and be successful – including her staff. Linda describes, ‘hearing clients say they have changed so much that they no longer can even understand how they used to think their crime was OK,’ as her proudest moments at Christlife. If she could trade places with anyone in Christlife, she would choose no one, because she loves her job. She thinks she would make a horrible receptionist or case manager. If she was not working as the administrator of Christlife, Linda would be traveling trainer. In an average conversation with Linda, you may hear “You’re better than that” “Seriously?!” and “I can’t want it more than you do.”, as these are her most overused phrases. Linda’s favorite movies are Ghost and Dirty Dancing. If she had to choose a favorite vacation, she would choose her honeymoon to the Bahamas because she loved the clear water and company. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, playing solitaire, and watching movies. One thing you should know about Linda is she’s not the nice one, but you can trust her.

Reena is one of Christlife Ministries – Pueblo’s Case Managers. Reena received her Associate’s in Business Management from Colorado Technical University. She wants to get a Bachelor’s in Business. Her favorite part about working at Christlife is the positive atmosphere and friendly faces. She says, “Everyone works as a team by helping and teaching others. I learn something new every day. The classes here are not only beneficial to the clients but to me.” Reena describes becoming part of a great team as her proudest moment at Christlife. She has worked at Christlife Ministries for 3 weeks and enjoys what we stand for and assisting clients with the tools they need to become successful. If she could trade places with anyone in Christlife, she would choose Amanda so she could have all the years of knowledge Amanda has regarding the job and clients. If she was not working as a case manager, Reena would be working at the Department of Social Services in Child Support. She would be unhappy and stressed. If she had to choose a favorite vacation she would choose her cousin’s wedding in Hawaii because everything was so beautiful. She describes that the sunset on the beach, white sand, and the clear ocean were amazing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors; camping, fishing, and hiking with her family, when they can fit time in their schedules. One thing you should know about Reena is music is her getaway, there is a type of music for every mood.

Amanda is one of Christlife Ministries – Pueblo’s Case Managers. Amanda received her Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Pueblo Community College. Her favorite part about working at Christlife is the family atmosphere and giving those with no support a comforting place to go. She also enjoys helping people, who are not given multiple chances, make changes in their lives and find their true potential. Amanda describes becoming an employee after volunteering for CLM as her proudest moment at Christlife. If she could trade places with anyone in Christlife, she would choose Jerome because he is able to get clients to explore who they are and what they want to be. Amanda was previously going to school for a Nursing degree before she started working at Christlife. If Amanda was not working as a case manager she would be working as a nurse. Amanda’s favorite movie is Love and Basketball. If she had to choose a favorite vacation she would choose California because she was able to experience new things and take her children to Disneyland. In her free time, she enjoys taking her kids to different places around Pueblo and spending time with her family. One thing you should know about Amanda is she has two poems published in a book.

Martin is one of Christlife Ministries – Colorado Springs’ case managers with previous experience in the Department of Corrections. Martin received his high school diploma from Mitchell High School. His favorite part about working at Christlife is the integrity of leadership. Martin describes thoroughly learning about CLM’s programs as their proudest moment at Christlife. If he could trade places with anyone in Christlife, he would choose Dr. Jerome because he is encouraged by his success. If he was not working as a case manager, Martin would be working in a field, where he would not be happy. In an average conversation with Martin, you may hear “you can do it,” as this is his most used phrase. Martin’s favorite movies are Derailed and Green Mile. If he had to choose a favorite vacation, he would choose his visit to Conroe, Texas because this was the first time meeting his dad’s side of the family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. One thing you should know about Martin is that he cares.
